We have been building metal, plastic, and wood tooling for the metal casting and plastics industries since 1963, and have established an excellent track record with all our customers. Our workforce includes seven journeymen pattern-makers with combined work experience of 180 years, which enables us to offer engineering and manufacturing of custom designed fixtures, gauges, and special machinery along with CADCAM engineering with CNC and contract machining.
Equipment
Our vertical CNC machining centers, capable of travels up to 46" x 24" x 23," are operated by a full-time programmer with 20 years CADCAM experience. We have an extensive list of software applications with which we can import and export photos, drawings, wire frames, and solid models.
We also have a large universal milling machine capable of turning out 5' high x 9' diameter patterns. Please note that B&E Pattern also supplies 20" x 24" x 3/4" thick, Mic 6 aluminum hunter plates. Mold locks are also available, and all our plates are set up for quick change.
Foundry logos are also supplied to many of our customers.
